When you use our contact form or free-lesson form, we collect only what you choose to enter:

• your name;
• your phone number and/or email address (you choose which to give — only one is required);
• any message you write;
• basic technical details your browser sends with the form, such as the page you submitted from and the page that referred you. This context just helps us understand and respond to your request.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we would ask that you not include any in your message. We only collect what you type in — nothing more.

We use what you share only to respond to you — to answer your question, schedule a lesson, or follow up about Dance Passion. Depending on what you give us, we may reply by phone, text, or email. If you provide an email address, you may also receive a short automated note confirming that we received your message.

When you submit a form, it is sent to our website's submission endpoint and then emailed to us through Dance Passion's own email system (from forms@dancepassionfl.com to dance@dancepassionfl.com). We use our own studio email — not a third-party marketing service. In this version of the site, form submissions are not stored in a website database; email is how we receive and keep your message.

To keep out spam and abuse, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Our website is also served through Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to protect the site and deliver pages.

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers keep basic technical logs — for example, IP addresses and request times — to operate the site, prevent abuse, and fix problems. We avoid keeping full copies of message contents in routine error logs.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site — which pages get read, which links get clicked, and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies to recognize repeat visits, and it tells us about groups of visitors rather than identifying you personally. Google may process this data on our behalf, and your IP address is shortened before it is stored.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not run ads on this site. Aside from analytics, only essential security and anti-spam features (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) set limited technical cookies or process the data needed to keep the site secure.

If you would rather not be counted, most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and Google offers a browser opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site requires analytics to work.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The limited processing described above — email delivery, spam protection, and hosting — exists only to run the site and reply to you.
